Christopher has visited and presented speeches on various subjects at numerous Real Estate Conferences in the US and in both Eastern and Western Europe over the past 5 years – the latest being "Efficient Networking & Referral Making" at SIMA09 in Madrid on 28 May 2009 followed by a TV interview for RAMB with CEO Teresa Kinney. The main topics being Factors effecting UK Investors,Tax and Legal Implications for the UK Investor, Successful Referral Business and the "UK Way". He has also judged, presided over judging and been involved in various National and International Awards ceremonies for the Daily Mail, Express, National Home Awards in association with Ideal Home and the Daily Telegraph, Estate Agency Events and Archant and Presented International Homes "Overseas Property Awards 2007" at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.

During Christopher’s visits it became quite apparent that help, advice and support is required in a number of areas and now, via this website, he offers services that could be useful to Associations organising Conferences, Awards, Expos, Exhibitions and Shows such as yours.

The list is nowhere exhaustive but should give a flavour of what is on offer.
i)    A central point of contact in the UK to draw up invitations and invite
property people to attend conferences, meetings, dinners etc. via various trade and public facing contacts and to follow up by calling.
ii)   Feeding associations with ideas and initiatives for future events.
iii)  Strategic reviews - over a period of time associations often loose
their focus, do not move with the times or perhaps not even understand
the market country they are targeting.
iv)  Representation on occasions for your association. As a member I
would be willing to:
   a) present at your conferences and
   b) to stand in on whoever's behalf if they could not make it to an event or for instance if your association wished for representation or a speaker at a conference/trade show in the UK I could oblige. If your association are able to send representation I am able to help with the liaison and accommodate people safely, in places where they would be friendly and cost effective and wherever possible with me.

It should never be overlooked that Associations need Members and to remain healthy must look to flexibility and expansion. Members join, in the main, for benefits, so when organising events as referred to above, those benefits have to be made quite apparent and of course Associations are looking globally to attract investment in 2nd homes via referral - I believe if your Association demonstrates that they are thinking and acting Commercially as well as Professionally they will be on to a winner.

Christopher is able to offer a little of his time and whilst that maybe small in comparison to the work that is put into organising many of the events it could be enough to make a HUGE difference.
